The Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program have put into effect a new guideline on Short Sale Mortgages. This does not change mortgages owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or insured or guaranteed by a federal agency such as the FHA. However, at least its a start, right? This shows that some big time people are actually thinking of ways to help the Short Sale and Foreclosure crisis. Now lets keep these helpful new rules and guidelines coming! Please?
